The therapeutic relationship is as a profound vehicle for healing and personal transformation. I work to create a non-judgmental and empathic environment that fosters self-acceptance and curiosity. Through deep listening, a holistic perspective, and creative collaboration, I strive to help you understand and integrate the different parts of yourself that shape your experience. Together, we will be able to think and feel what has been too frightening to hold on your own.

I work with individuals and couples of all ages and backgrounds. I have experience working with people navigating grief and loss, PTSD and complex trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, family conflict, identity exploration, and self-esteem.

I earned my Master’s degree in Social Work from the Silver School of Social Work at New York University. I practice from a relational psychoanalytic framework. My work integrates attachment theory, parts work, mindfulness, and body-based approaches.
